DA Sponsorship

Sunday 11/19
Went to Church and met Sandy there. She told me she had prayed that I would go to church with her. She wanted me to be anointed. And I did go up to the front. Had a meeting with sponsor. Twice. Picked up two presents for Dana and Kate's children. I prayed that I would be complete and when I came back to NBC I gave Joe and Darren and the other one there the chocolate raising andspistachio nuts that was part of the basket I had gotten from the Victory Christian Center.
Saturday Saturday November 18th
Went to see Jesus Is Magic with Sandy.And Jerry my sponsor. They appreciated that I shared with them Sandy bought candy and drinks and Jerry dinner at the Rd Boy pizza across the street and I paid for the movie tickets.
Friday November 17th Instead of going to the Business Owners DA meeting in Novato, I worked in Pacific Heights until 7 and then met with someone who may be my sponsor for regular DA.We saw each other at the Borders in San Rafael. A good spot because of the many recovery books and magazines there. It is also a mild mannered locale. He said he was surprised that I was making so little money at the main place where I was working.
Back at NBC I listened to The Vacancies "Save Yourself" No one's going to save you, save yourself, nothing's going to change, save yourself." How true. Don't have to "rip out the wings of a butterfly for your soul," like H.I.M. sings.
I thought about my overeating, and had a blueberry smoothie. It satifying my insane craving for thirst and sweet taste.
